Central Dumfries

The location was excellent.the parking was also excellent .your car is parked right outside the door. The lounge had a large tv and the seating was very comfortable. The kitchen fully equipped with a very good oven The apartment was very warm with full central heating. Overall an excellent stay please thank the owners for making it that way.

The closeness to the river walks and the town itself No problems whatsoever whilst staying there.it was homely and comfortable.

Very good location for what we needed and things to do

Great walks to the park and river ,lovely views

Great location next to the Dock Park and easy access for exploring the surrounding areas. A welcome pack was left which was a lovely touch. Apartment was lovely and warm with heating easy to control. Overall a very good value apartment.

A good spring clean would be beneficial along with a freshen up of paintwork. The blind in the kitchen is missing slats so there is no privacy.

The location was within easy walking distance to the town & it was situated by the river for lovely walks

The place itself is very dated & tired looking inside & needs a really good clean & painted, lots of things need fixing , the oven i would never have cooked in as it is not clean . An opened loaf of bread & out of date eggs left as a welcome pack ?? Not good ! Flooring & blind needs replaced in the kitchen & damaged plaster on the wall in the bedroom is not a good sight ! The bathroom shelf had a layer of black dust on it & as for the outside space in the back yard needs a deep clean , very green & slippy , quite unsightly ! I put the rubbish in the bins & that was enough , really dirty looking ! Not the best place I've stayed in.

the location was great, 5 mins walk from Robert burns house, right next to a River for scenery and 5 minutes walk to a nice restaurant that served delicious cocktails. Parking right outside the door. The flat was tidy upon arrival

the couch was quite uncomfortable and the bed, for me was a bit too soft and you fell into the middle. The bed was not made and there wasn't any clean towels left out when we arrived but this was rectified quickly. Although tidy the flat was not the cleanest.

Comfortable little stay. Walking distance to great food and pubs. Right beside the river

I liked everything

The location is excellent and the host had left milk, tea, coffee, eggs and bread. The flat is spacious and easily accessible.

The place needs a deep clean and some issues sorted like the blinds needing fixed in the kitchen.
