Central Dumfries

Excellent location, had all the basic amenities needed for one night stay, including free parking outside. Bed was surprisingly comfortable. Nice quiet spot.

The property didn’t feel very clean - there was a damp, musty smell that wouldn’t go away. If we were staying for more than one night we probably would have re-booked elsewhere upon arrival.

Posizione molto comoda. Il parco di fronte molto carino. La casa era dotata dei servizi base. Rapporto qualità prezzo abbastanza onesto.

Purtroppo la moquette non la trovo igienica e non era pulitissima, in cucina non tutte le posate erano pulite. Il letto piccolo. Il bagno un po piccolo.

Great central location and free parking. Accommodation is as good as displayed. Two decent beds and a full kitchen. We used itnas an overnight when on a tour but definitely has the facilities for a longer stay for a larger group.

A little plumbing maintenance and the place would be perfect.

The location was excellent. A short walk to town and supermarkets. The park area and walks along the river were a bonus. An Italian restaurant, bar and coffee shop in the park were also a big plus
