Great location with dedicated parking space. Easy check in with keysafe. 2 separate sleeping areas. Provisions provided. Very quiet area. Lots of mirrors near to sockets!

Maybe a few DIY jobs needing done but I'm nit picking. Very comfortable.

Really responsive host who quickly helped us out at last minute, late in the evening. He was also kind with the arrangements and providing for us. The place was very handily near the river and centre, just a short and lovely 10 minute walk along the river. Good facilities, had everything we needed, ideal.

Superb flat, warm and cozy. Great location. Highly recommended. Would definitely stay again if ever I need to stay over in Dumfries. We stayed for one night, but this would be absolutely perfect for stays of 2 / 3 / 4 plus days if you needed to stay longer.

The flat has everything required for a comfortable stay, it's cozy and warm, with outdoor seating area, the location is amazing, situated on the river Nith, walking distance from town centre

Bathroom needs updating as it is old and seems hard to maintain. Caulking needs to be redone. No towel warmer.

Location and free parking.

Only one set of towels (one large towel and a hand/face towel) was provided for two adults. That was very disappointing. Observations: Property is looking tired imo and could do with a freshen up. Because of that, plus, a damp smell and black mould on the bath sealant didnt help to improve that feeling. It was cold when we arrived, some instructions on how to alter the property temperature would have been useful, as an engineer I eventually worked it out and in October, it was set at 18.5 degrees! The bed mattress was "crackly" it had a protective plastic sheet which was rather insulting and uncomfortable..either way the mattress and pillows need replacing. A side table and a lamp at each side of the bed would be better than just one. Plus you really ought to resolve the stain and mould on the bedroom ceiling that added to the "grubbiness" feeling. Hope that provides some constructive feedback.

Location it was only 5 minutes walk in to town lovely view of river great if you got kids there a park next to you and a lovely pizza restaurant and a pub and a cafe
