The administrative work is not simple.

Beach is 15 km far from property Frequent electricity outage Kitchen facilities

The place was clean and comfortable and Mr gad is caring about every detail to make us feel happy

But the bad thing is that we have to move to the beach for 15 minutes in a car ride with a paper permit And there's no much activitie to do, Restaurants and cafes also need a car ride

Aqua park and swimming pools

The place is not on the beach side of the road, not beach front view, you have to drive for 15 minutes to go to the beach.

القرية لطيفة جدا و عائلية و الstaff محترمين جدا و بيساعدوا لو احتجنا اي حاجة و الستوديو لطيف و مريح و بيقضي الغرض بشكل كويس جدا، مكيف بالكامل و فيه مايكروويف و غسالة و منشر و سخان و تليفزيون و 2 سرير داخل اوضة النوم + 2 كنبة سرير برة + 2 بلكونة و القرية لها شاطئ و كذا حمام سباحة و فيها تاجير عجل و سوبرماركت و مطاعم بتوصل لغاية الشاليه

الشئ الوحيد هو ان الكهرباء بتقطع كل يوم من الساعة 5 فجرا تقريبا لغاية 7 او 8 صباحا، لكن اعتقد ده شئ مش راجع للقرية و لا للمالك و خاص بالكهرباء الرئيسية

Not much

Place was not clean at check-in. Shower head broke on 2nd day, was never fixed. Location posted as if it was in Marsa Matruh when it was very far away from that city in Alexandria city area. Matruh actually is where I wanted to go in the first place but when I found out it was too late to change my plans. Been to many many reservations in my life in different countries and, and this is one of the most disappointing by a wide margin.
