The view, Estepona was wonderful.

The worst host I have ever had the experience of. Little communicate reduced to non, no WiFi as router had been changed the week before. No new password available. Staff at Costa hols tried to no avail. Just got a £60 mobile phone bill.

The location to the old and new town was very good, and the beach excellent. Not so good for public transport though.

Very outdated. The curtains were hanging off the poles, needed new hooks. The patio furniture was very old as was the lounge chairs and settee. Could have done with instructions on how to use the dishwasher and washing machine. Although I worked it out a few notes from the host would have been helpful. Also the Wi-Fi never worked. I guess the password was incorrect. Although we contacted Costa holidays we never had the problem solved. So disappointing.

Przepiękny widok na morze (8 piętro), lokalizacja- przy promenadzie, niedaleko fajny plac zabaw dla dziecia, taksy, restauracje, sklepy; parking- 4 minuty do podziemnego parkingu.

W apartamencie było brudno; w szafach prywatne rzecze, mieszkanie zagracone; w szafka kuchennych - naczynia, sztućce kleiły się; narzuty, kołdry zaplamione; od pierwszego dnia przeciekał prysznic i zalewał sąsiada…4 razy w ciągu naszego pobytu przychodził hydraulik. Apartament z pięknym widokiem, dużo lepiej wygląda na zdjęciach, wymaga odświeżenia.

Chaises de la table en très très mauvais état. Même chose pour les coussins extérieurs (déchirés) La douche infecte et b porte de douche brisée. Les portes semblent faites en carton, très défraîchies. Le manque de propreté en général.

This is a very mixed review! The pros - A lovely, airy, bright and spacious apartment. The moment you walk through the door, the view will take your breath away. All you can see is the sea, it’s like standing on the balcony of a cruise ship. The apartment has everything you need, from toiletries to beach chairs and a parasol! Plenty of kitchenware to cook meals too. The air con is excellent but make sure you empty the bottle and bucket which collects the water. We sat on the balcony for hours, watching the sea, watching the sunrise(which is beautiful) and the moon rise. It was always very peaceful throughout the day. We were there for the annual Jamon Popi festival that happens every night for a whole week, so it was noisy until the early hours, as there is a music concert on the beach every night. But we quite enjoyed it. If you’re going in August and like to head to bed early, check it’s not the week of the Jamon Popi festival. The apartment block is very well located, right on Playa la Rada, within a few minutes of the old town, which is lovely (far nicer than the port). The apartment is a little tired in places and could do with a bit of TLC; new balcony furniture as one of the relaxer chairs is broken in the cupboard (and I did have to clean all of the balcony glass when we arrived-you couldn’t see through it) but it’s all about the view here!!!! The view and location cannot be beaten!

This is the reason why I scored the apartment as I did; it’s not actually about the apartment itself but the parking and lack of communication from Costa Holidays. I wish I’d had this information prior to arrival, so thought others should be warned, so as not to make the mistake we did. I had read in one of the reviews that the parking space for the apartment was tight and larger cars might struggle. We have an estate car, so I messaged Costa Holidays twice, asking about the size of the parking garage and its spaces, I told them we had a large car. They responded with, ‘it’s a normal parking space’. This communication was way in advance of us arriving. So the day we arrived, we picked up the keys from the office (as instructed) but we had been given no information about where the garage was located, we were just given the street address. The first problem was, we could hardly get down the street due to cars parked literally everywhere (no fault of Costa Holidays I know). Then, because the street was full of garage doors, I had to get out of the car and press the button on the fob in front of every garage I came across to see which one opened. We finally found the one belonging to the apartments. The garage door opened and our car was fine going in (even with the roof box). BUT once we were in, we knew that we had made a mistake. There was no way of knowing just how small the garage was until we’d actually driven in there! The parking spaces were numbered and we didn’t know which one belonged to the apartment(even though I had sent Costa a message through booking.com and a what’s app message using their emergency numbers provided)… they hadn’t responded. So we eventually managed to get the car into one of the spaces with great difficulty.

The apartment is in a great location with wonderful views from the 8th floor. The living area and main bedroom are spacious and air conditioning is very good. The apartment was clean and kitchen adequately fitted out. Great to have the four beach chairs and beach umbrella provided to use.

The two single beds in the second bedroom are very narrow and probably meant for children. However we were four adults and the beds were far too small and need to be replaced with normal sized single beds. Although the apartment itself was clean, we had to buy vinegar to de- scale the inside of the kettle which was awful. Couldn’t use the washing machine as the rim was full of mould.
