LUJOSO APARTAMENTO NUEVO PLAYA CENTRO

Très beau bâtiment encore neuf ,l appartement est très bien équipé , reposant , calme , très proche de toutes commodité , plage supermarché , avec une belle Piscine au roof top , très bien entretenu . Nous avons adoré le séjour et nous y reviendrons très prochainement .

This is a great property, very comfortable with all the modern conveniences. Location to the beach and the old town could not be any closer. The host was superb. I would highly recommend a stay at this property.

Beautiful flat with comfy beds, great balcony with seating and sunny. Location was 5 mins from beach and town. Great to have Netflix as weather was very mixed. A minor point is that the flat should provide more in the way of washing detergent, worktops cleaner , shower gel etc and an information pack would be useful to tell us about bins, how to exit building on day of leaving etc

Needed a few more towels for a stay over 5 days. And only 2 pool towels the apartment is for 4 people The host was very slow to respond to issues and didn’t take responsibility to his slow responses

Very clean and centrally situated for the beach and the old quarter. Great roof top pool with 360 views.

I booked a two bedroom apartment for two people (my sister and I). When I arrived there was only one bed made up ready. This meant I had to sleep with no proper bed linen until the additional bed linen was delivered the following day. This is the first time I have encountered this situation during my entire time as a Booking.com customer. It would also have been helpful if the representative had been on site to meet us (instead of having to collect the keys from him at another address) as the entry into the building and finding our apartment was not straight forward or obvious from the information I was sent by video on Whatsapp.

The location of the building was wrong, in booking.com and Google maps the building it showed was on the opposite side of the street and 100 meters down. Wasn't too hard to find though

Very spacious, tastefully decorated apartment with a great terrace. The rooftop pool area was wonderful, away from much of the noise of the streets below and with views of the ocean. Having our own parking was a bonus, although parking there was very tight.

Communication with the property's agent could have been better. The check in experience wasn't particularly clear or well thought out. We were instructed to message the property's agent an hour before arriving in Estepona, however were not given an exact location to meet. This would have been very helpful, as upon arriving (by car) we couldn't work out where the entrance to the apartment building's car park was, and it being a busy area, it was pretty much impossible to find somewhere to stop in order to contact the agent to confirm this. Finally, after circling the area a number of times, we managed to contact the agent and he eventually spotted us to let us into the car park. All of this wasn't ideal and caused stress after a long journey. A more minor issue came via getting one of our showers looked at it, as it was blocked when we arrived. The property agent put us in contact with a maintenance person, however it turned out we needed to be in the property in order for the maintenance person to be let in, and for them ultimately to be let out of the property. Again, we weren't informed about this set up and it was an inconvenience, as we would have had to wait and waste our limited holiday time in the apartment (this all happened late morning, so it wasn't a desirable time). Ultimately, we tried to rearrange for earlier in the morning on a separate day (accommodating for this set-up), however the maintenance person then failed to reply to my texts.
