LUJOSO APARTAMENTO NUEVO PLAYA CENTRO

Apartment decor was modern and very comfortable, we were a family of 4 and found the size perfect for us. Great beds for a good nights sleep and having two bathrooms was ideal. The pool was a fantastic addition to help us cool down after a day at the beach or in town.

It is worth noting that the apartments are located centrally and on the main road so there is street noise from traffic, it is most apparent when sitting on the balcony. The balcony area is a little disappointing, the furniture is worn and does not make the most of the small space.

Excellent location for the beach and old town. Everything is in easy walking distance - restaurants, shops etc. Very clean and tidy. Rooftop pool was also very good. Own car parking space also a huge plus as parking is Estepona can be tricky.

Very nice, clean, new, spacius apartment. Perfect aircondition. Big very nice balcony. Great wifi. Friendly host, with quick responces.

All apartments in Costa del Sol has become quite expencive recent years. 45 euros for late check in Without meeting in person feels like a ripoff.

Excellent location. The apartment was especially clean & comfortable, everything we needed was there . It also had a great security system . Loved the fans in the bedrooms which meant we didn’t have to use the aircon as they were so effective. I would highly recommend this apartment & certainly would return if I were coming to Estepona again . Thank you Edgar for all the help with restaurants. We enjoyed some great ones . Edgar is a perfect host .

It is on a busy road but it certainly didn’t bother us . You know this before booking. .

Noise from the road, but we were aware of this before making the reservation, as we have been here before.

Really lovely apartment. Worked really well with 2 couples as it has 2 bathrooms. Beautiful pool on roof.

The street noise can be loud at times.

Very modern apartment. Well equipped with modern kitchen and two modern bathrooms with walk-in showers. Showers were powerful and hot. Air con was easily controlled from one digital panel for entire apartment. Lovely balcony and the rooftop pool (beach towels provided)had great views. Had underground car park with specific space for the apartment, although it was extremely tight trying to park the car. Apartment was very clean. Large supermarket just across from main entrance. Easy walking distance to old town (5-10mins), beach front (5mins) and even to marina (20mins).

whilst the apartment was ideally located with less than a 10min walk to the beach or old town, the view from the balcony was of a supermarket. but you did get the sun on the balcony at times of the day

Really well equipped and great location. Lovely roof top pool 5 minutes walk to the Old Town and Beach Apartment is really big, perfectly clean amd has everything Sunny balcony

Pool was freezing Apartment faces a busy road so the balcony is really noisy. No view from the balcony other than across the street to the supermarket
