LUXURY APARTMENT FRONTAL BEACH in Doncella Beach

View is amazing and the appartment itself is great

First if all the pool was under construction when we where there. Second garage door was not working for the full week. Third there is directly beside a large construction ongoing which just started and will be for a long time a burden. And last but not least the guy responsible for the communication do maximum the necessary, slow reactions, nobody show or explain the department (where go in out, trash, machines,...). Not amserwered in the week before on communication in booking. In sum Edgar did just the minimum work I don't expect this is what the owner expect but we feel this appartment rent was very bad lazy and Unpersonally managed. It is a pitty as the appartment itself is nice.

Amazing location, quality of complex and the apartment, dual aspect sea views, good parking, super pool/gym/spa facilities etc. It was very quiet in April, felt like there were very few people there.

The window shutter in one bedroom did not work from the very first night, and was not resolved all week. Slightly disappointing, and bright mornings while trying to sleep in for my son.

We needed to pick up the keys at the security guy Very nice appartement, but small things broken: some lights, drainage of sink, broke roller shutters The distance to the centre of Estepona was further than indicated

The views, location and facilities, beautiful property

Couple of electrical lighting issues one in main bedroom bedside lamp flickered and in main lounge. Electrics may need checking. Welcome pack of water, milk would of been extra nice.

Property was large - two bedrooms and two bathrooms - lots of space (second bedroom has twin beds) View - as the condo is oceanfront, the view to the water is excellent and the sounds of the waves is beautiful and very calming and relaxing Patio - beautiful covered patio with furniture, a great place to sit and let the world pass you by - had a large outdoor dining table and a couch with chairs - sunrise and sunsets from the patio were amazing for sure. Amenities - the condo has a washer AND dryer, which we appreciated Pool - we visited in late October and it was still warm outside - we laid by the pool a few days and we had it to ourselves - it’s quite beautiful Security - 24/7 security guards, felt every safe Wifi / TV - wifi was very good, no issues streaming in any device (iPhone or iPad) and the TV was large and had streaming capabilities Property manager Edger met us, and showed us around the condo and gave us instructions (verbal only) on how to run the A/C - very nice man and helpful with orientation.

Location to Estepona - while the condo is oceanfront, there are no amenities around (food) - there are some places up the beach but they closed for the season so the choices got less and less - if you don’t have a car you may want to stay more central to town Living room furniture is terrible - the couch looks comfy in the pictures but its terrible - old, smells, lumpy and has not had one ounce of attention since the condo was built - needs replacing for sure When we stayed (late October 2024) there was a horrible sewer smell coming from the master bathroom - it was so bad we had to keep that door closed the whole time we were there otherwise it permiated into the whole condo - gross No instructions left on the condo facilities itself - a welcome package with some key info would have been so appreciated -stove (we finally figured out that’s it’s a induction stove) - so won’t turn on if you don’t have proper cookware (and why they have a mix of induction and NON induction pans I have no idea) - wasted a few hours and some brain cells trying to figure it out -ice maker (wouldn’t work and no amount of effort we did would get it to work) -Built in, lovely coffee maker (that they proudly show in the pictures) doesn’t work - hasn’t for quite some time we were told - left with a small puck coffee maker (did the trick but felt bait and switch) The condo is beachfront and there is quite a nice beach just outside your door - but no beach chairs - for the price that one pays to stay the owner should put some effort into understanding what their clients want and furnish the condo accordingly Overall, the condo is good - but it’s getting run down and no care or love is going back into it since the day it was built and it’s starting to really show

Superb property with a glorious view where you will spend most of your time on the patio. All electrical facilities. Good beds and showers. Good security.

Only minor faults. The pool was not heated and you have to be prepared to walk for twenty five minutes to get to the port if you have no transport.
