FANTASTIC APARTMENT B IN FRONT OF THE SEA & MARINA

Loved the views and position of the apartment with bars and restaurants close by. The Supercor was very handy and only closed early on Sunday at around midnight.

The apartment wasn't as clean as I would have expected. There was dust and dark hair on the floors and sand and bird mess on the balcony. There were no patio chairs so we used the dining chairs. A blind for the patio doors would be a good idea as it got very hot in the mornings so we had to put the air conditioning on. A full length mirror would be nice.

The swimming pool area looked a little unloved and not somewhere we wanted to spend the day on a sunbed reading a book. A few plants etc would make it a lot more appealing. It looked clean though and other people were using it.

The property was in an excellent location, very smart and tidy.

The noise from a nearby bar was loud on a Friday and Saturday night but apart from that everything was good.

The apartment was equipped with everything you need. Beautiful view from the windows and balcony. Everything is fine, the location is beautiful. I recommend

Requires a little renovation - curtains in the bedroom, stools are a bit damaged.

The pool area was not good with old and dirty sunbeds .

The fantastic view over the marina, the walking distance to the restaurants, grocery store, beach and and old town. The 30 min ride to Gibraltar or Marbella or the 60min ride to Malaga. Loved Estepona, felt like walking in a botanical garden.

Location was very excellent . Views were fantastic from all windows. Bars & nightlife on your doorstep but very little noise & certainly didn’t disturb our sleep.,

Very secure entrance to building & into apartment itself. Very safe locks. Stair lighting would have been a big bonus as very dark at night while climbing stairs to the 2nd floor. Needs a lot of items looked at & fixed. Toilet lids off, reported on arrival, but maintenance man never arrived, though promised , the whole week. Bulb needing replaced in a lamp in main bedroom . Obv not checked when tenants leave. Lack of glassware & cutlery limited. Fridge not cool at top, bottom ok & freezer worked. Didn’t use oven. Dishwasher very efficient & microwave fine. Curtains would have again been a bonus but not a necessity in lounge but 2nd bedroom would have benefited from them . Main bedroom had curtains. Very bright apartment. Main bathroom had a great powerful shower, en-suite bedroom shower temperamental about water draining therefore, not used after 1st day.

Location is fantastic with wonderful views from all windows across the Marina which were perfect for sunrise and sunset. Only used the main bathroom shower and pressure was excellent. 3 good supermarkets within 3mins walk. Felt safe and secure as lots of locks on doors. Hairdryer was good. Huge fridge and freezer. For two adults apartment was perfect and felt spacious. So many bars and restaurants on the doorstep and the walk into the old town is wonderful.

As with previous comments some items worn or damaged (stools, bedroom curtain, toilet lids) but none of this hampered our stay. When we arrived keys were not in promised location at agreed time but Edgar resolved within 15mins.

the balcony was great but if you have small kids you really have to be very careful but the views are unreal
