FANTASTIC APARTMENT B IN FRONT OF THE SEA & MARINA

I actually liked the location due to being close to the bay& the port

It wasn’t quite what we expected. It was in a high rise block of apartments. The pool area isn’t great either. Very tired. The apartment had slots of little issues/damages to it that we discovered… luckily we did a full inspection when we got there and took pictures other we could of been charged( almost like items were staged or carefully hidden!) we got charged extra to check In early although was told it was because the cleaner needed to clean earlier than normal… which was fine - but then we arrived to a dirty apartment- crumbs, sand,coffee stains & hair to main floor. Bedroom floor hadn’t been cleaned either sand and contact lense on the floor. We then asked for a later check out by 2 hrs which that only said NO to on the last day which stitched us up!- but said it was because the cleaner comes in early????? Totally contradicting what they said when we arrived. Personally for the money spent for 11 days I feel you could get a better apartment. They also need to update pictures

the chair was broken, the refrigerator did not work properly which was important in the heat.

Appartment was lovely and the location is excellent. The view from the apartment was fabulous. There are plenty of restaurants and pubs closeby and it is beside two good supermarkets. An enjoyable scenic walk to the main town where there is plenty of shops and excellent restaurants. I would highly recommend this area.

The pool is a bit disappointing but it didn't really matter as the beach is so close by.

Too many things broken. Window glass, window handles, dining chair. Drawer in fridge, furniture. Outside spaces very tatty Dirty stained curtains Dirty crockery - coffee stains No Fire Exit information No Fire Blanket/Fire Extinguisher in property Difficult to get out in a fire Stains and torn bed linen Advertises a hair dryer - but there isn’t one Poor check in and check out arrangements Very noisy at the weekends

Sea and marina views were amazing. Location for supermarket, restaurants, beaches was excellent. Apartment was very modern, clean and bright with 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. We chose the location to visit Gibraltar, Malaga and Marbella and it was ideal. Estepona is a lovely place with all the beautiful flowers and narrow streets and the new promenade all along the beach from the apartment is a great place to walk, run and cycle.

Parking at the apartment was never available but we always managed to park across the road by the Carrefour supermarket. The noise from the marina bars and restaurants was very loud especially at weekend but we still managed to sleep.
