Appartement was schoon maar, heel veel dingen beschadigd en kapot.

The property owner did not provide the key code prior to arrival so I assumed that someone would be at the site at our agreed arrival time to let us in. Unfortunately, neither occurred so it took 90 minutes for us to coordinate contacts with the property agent to let us in, after emailing Bookings.com and talking to the gate security guard, who spoke some broken English. It was an extremely frustrating situation after a long drive and in desperate need of using the washroom. A few days later, the electronic key pad failed and we were locked out again, on a Saturday when the agent was not working. We eventually contacted Yasmine who arranged for Antonio (maintenance) to remove the faulty door lock and give us a physical key to use the balance of our stay. We liked the location and property grounds, but the actual unit is "tired" and needs upgrading. The unit looks much better in the photos than is in person. Overall, however, the unit was clean and met our needs (See comments regarding kitchen facilities). Yasmine was our point of contact throughout and she was outstanding in responding to every issue and request. She is an amazing representative of the owner even though I never met her. Congratulations Yasmine.

Kitchen needs more eating utensils and cooking items such as pots , teapot, spatula, etc. Also, English directions on how to use the washer / dryer and oven would be helpful. A mat at the patio door would be helpful to wipe shoes before accessing unit during wet weather. Overall, the unit needs some refreshing such as trim woodwork in bathroom (rotting wood) and new paint. New furniture would bring the unit back to its original beauty.

The location is amazing

This was the second apartment we stayed in during our trip to Estepona, and it far exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we knew we’d enjoy our stay. The seafront location was stunning, with breathtaking sunrises and sunsets every day. The apartment was thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed, including laundry and dishwasher pods, as well as cleaning supplies, making it incredibly convenient. The location was perfect, with shops, restaurants, and food delivery options all close by. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!

The only minor drawback was that the sofa wasn’t very comfortable.
