Beach front location, set in beautiful gardens , close to two good swimming pools . The apartment was spacious and well laid out. Electric blinds great bonus, laundry facilities good and site security reassuring. On site restaurant was excellent.

I understand this is a rental property but that doesn’t excuse the fact that there were signs of neglect, such as damaged plasterwork to most walls, these could easily be filled and painted over ( in the same colour of white not like some of the repairs had been attempted to the graffiti in the main bedroom). Grouting in both bathrooms was in a poor state, ie it was stained and mouldy looking especially around the floor near the toilet and bath. Bathroom cupboards had knobs missing. In the smaller bathroom the base board of the cupboard was disintegrating ( water damage I assume) and in a very poor condition, this needs replacing quickly. Also the shower head fitting in the second bathroom was leaking water very badly when turned on. The Kitchen cupboards doors were showing some signs of wear and tear and neglect, damaged and poorly aligned. Dishwasher worked but with only one programme which lasted 3.5 hours! Handles on frying pans were loose and potentially dangerous. A tea pot would be a useful addition. The sofa bed smelt unclean. Upon arrival we were informed that the safe didn’t work and told not to use it, this is not acceptable. WiFi switch was incorrectly labelled and connect to a light?

Gated community, free parking, clean, safe, prop mgmt 👍, nice amenities, close to restaurant and shops, good hot water and cool AC.

Excellent apartment very clean and modern, such a beautiful sunrise every morning. Natalia from Hanami was excellent in being a point of contact providing up to date information and being on hand to help where needed.

Very little, the only thing that could be improved was clarity on the booking (it said up to 5 people) when there are only 4 beds and a sofa bed (this was not clear) so one of our family slept on the sofa bed. Also 4 mugs for hot drinks isn’t really enough for 5 people. Also lacking oven baking trays and oven glove, etc.
