GBLocation, decor (lovely little flat), flowers on the table, lovely welcome gifts (much appreciated after a long journey), staples already in the kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine (although we didn't use this), friendly neighbours, friendly correspondence from the owner.
Damp problem in the two bedrooms. I had to sleep on the sofa bed as it affected my breathing. It looks like it needs remedial work so possibly the responsibility of the freeholder/management company but it definitely needs sorting. When opening the sofa bed, you can see dirt/dust/bits and pieces under the sofa - just needs a sweep.

The outside area was dusty and had weeds growing. Early morning sun came through one of the bedroom windows, it didn't have blackout curtains.
