Large 3 Bedroom modern apartment close to central London

Space was ample

Dirty in places , broken facilities such as stair rail , broken door handle shelf above sofa which caused someone staying to bang head on

Considering the size of the house it was absolutely convenient for us, two adults and three children. Although the property was not very close to the city centre by public transportation, we had the advantage to explore the TFL. Washer and dryer were working fine and the beds were comfortable. We arrived during the heatwave and only had hot weather outside but it was cool inside the house. It has lots of windows which make it very bright. To conclude, we enjoyed our stay. .

As already discussed with Stephen, some things needed maintenance and cleaning. Fairly enough, when reaching out to Stephen because the kitchenware and table needed to be replaced, he bought a new set immediately and came by to assenble the new table hinself.

Nothing

When we arrived the property had not been cleaned. There was wet washing left in the washing machine and tumble drier. The beds hadn’t been changed. There was used female sanitary products in the bathroom bin!!! The wardrobes were full of wet towels and there was no where to hang our clothes. Generally the flat just wasn’t clean. And one of the beds didn’t have a sheet or pillow cases on it!

the location was amazing, super easy transport links to and from central London. The rooms all had plenty of space and were furnished nicely. Perfect for our group of 4
