Large 3 Bedroom modern apartment close to central London

Good location

Dirty and a stench smell, including beddings and towel.

Nothing

Everything, broken toilet seats and hole in sink, dirty sheets and pillows , broken handles and doors are bad. Wet towels left on every bed and rooms were not cleaned at all. Really narrow staircase to the room and smelled bad. Would never stay there or for that matter mo one should be staying in a place that got such high rating.

Location was good for what we needed.

I have not received my deposit back despite numerous requests!

Spacious, close to shops

Front garden a bit tatty, I tidied up some rubbish around the bins, kitchen very basic, no wine glasses, could do with some new plates (they’re all old and different types)

Top floor bedroom was about the only thing to be honest it was large & spacious with nice en-suite . And the bed could do with updating it was very lumpy .

The entrance hedge was overgrown , the entrance porch was Dirty & needs painting . Stairs very steep to the apartment . Sitting room was good size . But couches need replacing there not comfortable . Kitchen was tiny , we couldn’t open fridge door fully as it banged up against the wall . No rubbish bags or Dish cloth to try ware & the Crockery needs replacing really . The 2 down stair bedrooms were spacious but again out dated beds & linen . The wardrobe looks like it’s going to fall over it’s at such an angle & it’s beside the bed . There wasn’t even hand soap . Or the basic items in the kitchen like salt . We only had a 2 night visit for a funeral . And to be honest I’m glad it wasn’t any longer . There was only 3 of us & we didn’t buy much food but the fridge was tiny so I don’t know how any more people or longer stay would manage . Also the £150 deposit I didn’t like I’ve stay in many apartments & never had to do that before . I also payed in € which cost me €183 & I was only returned €159 !!!! Supposedly the exchange rate ! When I did contact the owner regarding the bin bags & Hand soap he did say he would drop them off . So contacting wasn’t an issue . It’s a shame as the area was ok . Just a bit of work needed .
