The flat is about 10 minutes walk (uphill) from Frascati train station through cobbled streets. It's a good location if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of Rome, and relax a bit, although you can still reach Rome in about 30 minutes. There are lots of great eating options in Frascati too, including a vegan cafe as well as more traditional family-run eateries. The small balcony of the flat has a great view. There are plenty of towels and the kitchen is well stocked with crockery etc. A great choice!

"BEWARE ONGOING CONSTRUCTION"

BEWARE. Very loud headache-inducing mechanical construction from 08.00-18.00 Mon-Sat in the apartment directly above. No mention of this by the host although it's been ongoing since Feb. We spoke with her for 30 mins face to face; quite nasty, no apology, talks over you: "not my problem", "I don't have a legal obligation to inform you". No consideration of the guest's comfort and all about the money it seems.
