"Excellent vacation rental in a beautiful town"

Very clean and well equipped. Quiet. Fine location near center of Frascati. Very comfortable bed. Good air conditioning. Excellent price/value relationship.

For older couples it might be difficult to move heavy bags up 2 floors. There is no elevator. The wifi worked very well until the last day of our stay when it was unavailable.

"I feel home there."

I stayed in this apartment with my daughter (16) for the second time within 4 years and selected it specifically for this 2nd time because it fits perfect with our needs. The owner is very friendly, the communication sufficiently good in English and certainly perfect in their mother tongue Italian. The appartment is superb, very clean, the location is quiet and has all amenities one needs within walking distance.
