The Warwick Apartment

Nice apartment in central location with two quiet bedrooms. Ample parking outside. Hosts got in touch to make sure everything was okay once we arrived.

Perhaps some softer lighting in the lounge would be good.

Shower wasn’t powerful. Problem with toilet flushing which was informed had to hit the edge of the toilet box and this is normal as not fixed and this was only toilet. Not well advertised steep stone stairs and we had a 4 month baby and lots of luggage to take up and down the stairs. No coffee for machine. Light fixtures falling off. Dirty linen chucked in cupboards. Cleaning generally not well done with hairs and dust everywhere.

The apartment was in a perfect location. It was very tatefully decorated and was warm and comfortable.

Everything it was very nice.

Only thing you should do is more towels , other than that everything was fantastic. Thanks again we will be back.

Big windows bringing plenty of light into the accommodation. Easy access via a lockbox. Location very good for all amenities as close to the town centre. Centrally located to visit numerous areas. Short walk to the esplanade with beautiful views over the River Clyde. Parking was fine although we did stay over a weekend so not sure how it would be during the week. Competitively priced.

Stairs could be a challenge for people with mobility issues. Housekeeping needs to be re visited in connection to some small issues. No bedding available (bedcover, sheet and pillow cases) for the 5th person but was quickly addressed by the owners. None of the above would stop us renting this property again.

Great apartment with everything you need. The bedroom views scream "Welcome to Scotland!" What a trear 😍 Located in gorgeous Greenock, it was easy to navigate in our rental car to get to as well as places we wanted to visit. The Scots drive fast but are patient and curteous. This is a self-check in property. Communication was timely and instructions simple to follow. Shops, supermarkets, restaurants and bars are all within a close distance. The surrounding streets are steeped in historic, buildings from churches to castles. Magic! Waterfront is nearby also.

Kitchen sink tap is very loose making it difficult to use; loose floorboards in the kitchen; toilet roll holder needs securing as it is loose; a dining chair is also a bit unstable. These are all minor things that unfortunately cheapen an otherwise lovely apartment A couple of FYI - there is no lift to the top floor apartment but it is only 2 floors. The bathroom is compact yet has a lovely deep bathtub with shower over bath.

The stairs to climb with luggage. No instructions for shower Poor selecttion of saucepans and no microwave dishes.

The communal stairs were a challenge for 3 pensioners but accepted they were part of the character of the building. Handrails were loose in places and would need repair to avoid further damage
