"Lovely quirky cottage with every you need."

Lovely cottge with everthing thing in we needed, lovely hamper on arrival with cider, cookies , fudge, crisps, lemon drizzle cake, milk in the fridge. Lovley hot tub at the side. And a lovley cat

Everything! Hosts Gina and Phil were very friendly and welcoming. The welcome package and note were a lovely added touch. We also enjoyed a home cooked curry and full breakfasts by Phil which were all so tasty. The hot tub was so nice and relaxing. A perfect weekend and Ted thoroughly enjoyed himself too 🐶

We loved everything about our stay at Soldiers Cottage. The accommodation was excellent, and the food was a real highlight — we ordered from their home-cooked menu and enjoyed a delicious evening meal and breakfast. The welcome tray was such a thoughtful touch (the homemade treats were a real delight!), and the hosts couldn’t have been more accommodating — even when we had to delay our arrival. We only wish we could have stayed longer!

"Lovely little cottage dog friendly and with a hot tub. What more do you need!"

Lovely cottage and location. This was our first time away with our puppy and they just made it so easy for us. A secure garden area which was essential. The view across the field was lovely and the perfect spot to sit and have breakfast. A dip in the hot tub in the evening was a great bonus and the hosts were just so lovely we will be sure to go back.

absolutely 💯 % all round made us feel very welcome cottage was very warm and 100% clean though out food was brilliant piping hot and lovely could not fault it me and my partner will be back in school holidays with the kids hot tub was a lovely temperature 😀 the lovely couple made us feel so welcome thank u very much from paul&lisa

Lovely cottage, brilliant hot tub and it was a delight to have home cooked evening meal and breakfast. We will be back in the future
