"A lovely spacious room with great sea views"

Location was great, right on the seafront with a great view out.

Top floor apartment meant a travel up 50+ steps. This was Ok for us, but had we brought our more elderly family would have been a huge issue.

The room was very comfortable, very clean and spacious. Good beech side location.

The room was on the top floor and no lift. Stairs are very narrow and difficult to negotiate. Three stories was quite a challenge for us as an elderly couple. Very limited milk so could only have one cup of tea. Room was very chilly as we stayed in winter. Only one small radiator in a very large room.

The check in staff were informative and friendly and it was a quick and hassle free experience

The shower head in the bathroom was held in place by a hair band. Not brilliant but only stayed for the night so managed to overcome this. The room was clean and warm with a great view of the sea.

Great room, very spacious.

my only issue was a slightly noisy fridge, and if I'm being really picky the shower though really good had to be hand held or it flooded the shower area, it should be re-fixed to the pole if possible

"Staff unhelpful don’t book in winter!"

Clean, location is great.

On arrival from a huge delay our end we were stuck out in heavy rain and. gale force winds due to it not being explained that you place palm over the Lock Screen to enable the lock (choice wording? For a bit more clairuty as lock says “card” on the screen . In getting In you have a long trek to the top floor maybe should be mentioned in the booking description. We were bitter cold soaked through we get in the room and someone had left the window open wind bellowing through no heating at all managed to use towels to stop the draft coming through sash windows. We left to get hot drinks from the 24hr casino and walked all over the building trying to find control for the heating. It was outside our door but had no power running to it. We had a message around 7am asking if we checked in ok but when we explained we were unable to rest or warm up due to no heating windows left open we received a message saying “sorry don’t know why heating is off” not offering an extra heater or some more towels or a refund. I even responded explaining we had to go get warm in a 24hr casino to which we had no reply or after thought. Such a shame as the apartments are lovely
