Great location, lovely sea view. Friendly staff.

Would have been nice to have a microwave available in the room.

Unfortunately, I was not allowed access to the property when I queried the charge of £30 for my small dog, which I wasn’t previously informed about when booking and paying. The member of staff communicated via message directly with the owner, who she said told her to decline our check in. I paid in full for the room and was not offered a refund. Booking.com did communicate with the owner, who apparently said we declined to pay the dog charge and left, which is not true. Very disappointing and in all my time using booking.com I have never had such an issue. I was stuck in Hastings at 8pm with no accommodation and had to pay again leaving me out of pocket.

Really clean and tidy- beautifully decorated and such a wonderful view from both windows. Centrally located and easy access to shops, bars and restaurants and the staff were super friendly and helpful

The apartment was at the top of the building so there were a LOT of stairs- fine for a few days travel but not great if you have heavy or large luggage, however, understandable considering the shape of the property. The bathroom also had a mouldy smell to it and there were some very small patches in the shower- again as the apartment is in the loft of the house it is to be expected and nothing that an open bathroom door couldn’t fix!

Nice large room with great views. Clean and comfy. Two armchairs was a bonus, not many tv channels though

The tea and coffee station had not been refreshed when we arrived and there was only oat milk which fortunately I don’t mind. Other milk was supplied when I asked for it

Four flights of stairs were a bit daunting with my luggage but a staff member helped out, bless her. The views were lovely so worth the climb, the room was lovely.

Re stocking of the teas and milks would of been good , I went and bought tea bags and milk. Only 2 mugs were provided . I do think that bowls and spoons are a must, I only like muesli not a fry up !

It's hard to describe anything I did like about this property I guess the view from the window was the only aspect that was part way enjoyable. Hastings itself is a very fun and interesting place to visit

1st off I do not appreciate being told on arrival that there is a extra fee for the dog of £30! which is in addition to the room charges already paid ... When I protested about this charge because it had not been made clear at the point of booking I was then told it was a night charge everybody has to pay for the extra cleaning! ... So how can it be dog Friendly? or legitimate if they were trying to claim for nearly 40% of the room charge as cleaning?? this incl £10.00 room clean charge already paid for when pre booking! ... I would advise anybody thinking of staying at Master accommodation to avoid at this point.. and to only book at your peril if a dog owner... what took place next was an argument between myself and the chip shop owners where you pick up the keys from below this property about this charge (Congratulations to them for ruining our stay before we have even set foot into your apartment ) after having to remind them of basic consumer rules and requesting a cancellation of the booking they recuctantly agreed to waive the £30.00 fee.I guess you could say that anybody having to argue for an unjust charge that's was both crooked and deceitful before entering the accommodation would be put off by wanting to stay but we now had no option the final part of this review is accurate reference of what disappointments then followed once we entered the accommodation. 1st point: Our Room 11 Top Floor there's no lift and its 3 flights of one of the most narrow and potentially not fit for purpose stairs case, the fire alarm control box flashing faulty Second point: Once in the room it is stuffy and smelly if a hot day the room is unbearable 1 tiny fan to move air . Third Point: The fridge is on the floor with the kettle placed on top, a cheap 4 way trailing lead feeding power to both go figure that safety control there..
