"Was perfect for a couple of nights and easy to get around to local high st and buses into Hastings."

Very easy to find and free parking on surrounding streets. Spacious rooms.

Nothing to do with residence itself, but with 2 pubs at End of rd and a bar opposite, the rd is quite noisy...something I hadn't really factored in.

Great location

No cot when we arrived. I read the bad reviews so made sure to check the property would be clean, the tv would be working and there would be a cot. They brought us a cot but it didnt have a mattress. the property wasnt clean, so much dirt and general wear and tear to the property. The tv didnt work. Then when I emailed the company I heard no reply. Awful service and would never stay again for the lack of replies alone. Really wouldn't recommend as its not even that cheap for what you get!
