The apartment was spotlessly clean! A dream!

This apartment is located in a high-rise residential complex in the redeveloped waterfront area of Helsinki, offering a quiet environment away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. The room is spacious enough for two people and even has a sauna. The kitchen is easy to use and well-stocked with most seasonings. Communication from the owner is precise and detailed. We forgot to reserve a parking space, but the owner promptly responded to our message and arranged for us to use the underground parking. All manuals, including those for room amenities and garbage disposal rules, are available electronically. We appreciated the modern service of detailed support without physical presence. Please note, the key is in a very unique location, so don't forget to check the message beforehand!

It is a very well appointed apartment. The owner checked in with us a couple of times via booking.com to make sure everything was OK. There is a tram stop outside the apartment block with trams running into the city centre every 10 minutes.

A modern, clean apartment with all mod cons. Loved the sauna, heated toilet seat and towel rail, well equipped kitchen and generous space. Great location for exploring Helsinki.

We chose this apartment because the last check in time went up to 23.30 and we had a late arriving flight. Instructions to find the key safe, which is around 20 metres from the main gate, were sent via pictures in a flip book which were hard to follow on a smartphone screen in the rain, dark and freezing conditions. We couldn’t locate the keybox for 20 minutes and when we rang - before 23.30, we got a text message back that the owner couldn’t speak and had to get up at 5am! They did send other messages but we only saw them after we eventually found the key. If the instructions sent to us initially with the flip book URL had also given us some more info in text form rather than pictures, eg explained that the apartment entrance is the one on the right, we wouldn’t have wasted so much time. We couldn’t get the apartment cold enough although the host kindly sent photos of all the thermostats but noise from the pile driver in the building works opposite meant we had to keep the windows shut. Mattress a bit on the soft side for me (although my husband liked it) and only one pillow each. White leatherette sofa and plastic plants didn’t really give a cosy feel (but clean and tidy). Check out instructions included being told to take out the rubbish which seemed a bit much given the price.

Good apartment, fabulous sauna and it was excellent to have coffee machine and some breakfast things left for us.

No hairdryer! TV in Russian with no direction on changing language though wasn't a major problem as we weren't planning on watching it anyways

There was plenty of space. The apartment style had a very classy feel, coffee machine helped(although the Cafe amore nearby is great too), and the sauna was great. Oh, and I really appreciated how organised the kitchen was. I could live there.

There was a high-pitched noise coming from the air conditioner in the bedroom.

Great location. Quiet and comfortable place to relax. Clear instructions and easy to check in. Well equipped kitchen. Clean and bright enough. Good to people who love to cook. The living room is very big and comfortable.

The sauna is hot enough for me but it's not hot enough for my friend.
