Eira Sauna & Terrace Luxe

This is a wonderful place to stay. Comfortable, well laid out and in a great location. The host is thoughtful and attentive, replying quickly to questions. Plenty of information was given to us before arriving. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Very well sized, clean, nice sauna easy to operate. Tram connection to city is needed, but tram station is right there ( if you need a ticket machine, go to the next station at the sea, which is also nearby). Instructions to find the kind of difficult way was very detailled, so it worked out well.

Too few dishes, since it‘s not worth to use a dish washing machine for just 2 plates,

Everything was perfect, really hard to notice any flaws. We enjoyed our terrace and sauna. Sauna can be heated up very well. We went there for my birthday and had a wonderful time. Location is very nice, even though it might be a bit further away from main attractions of Helsinki, it's easily reachable by public transport. It's also so calm and quiet in the neighborhood, it feels very close to the nature. We saw a rabbit nearby.

Everything was super good - Modern flat with Sauna, Smart TV, parking and amazing lounge!

The smell in the bathroom after the sauna was not so pleasant, but owner is informed and he promised that he will take care of it. Other than that - everything was perfect.

Very nice and modern apartment close to city center. There is everything you need for a short or long stay. The kitchen is fully equiped, also a lot of spices available, coffee, tea. Communication with Ilgis was great and he was available for chat at any time if we had any questions. Very clear instructions were sent about check in and how to travel around Helsinki. :) Also hints about coffee shops or restaurants around. I would definetly recommend the place if you visit Helsinki.

We spent 4 nights with a small-sized dog at Ilgis' apartment. It is well-maintained and equipped with everything you may need for a comfortable stay. Location is also great as tram stop is only a few steps away. Ilgis was a very caring host, providing clear instructions and all the necessary information during our stay. We will definitely choose to stay here next time we visit Helsinki!

The mattress was perhaps a bit too soft, but it was still comfortable.

This spacious, high-quality apartment with a sauna and nice terrace is truly exceptional in all terms, including easy check-in even after midnight (!), clear instructions, a friendly, informative host, cleanliness, and quality of equipment and furniture - almost everything was there that one could need in a household. The environment is quiet, easy to take a tram or walk to the city centrum or along the seaside around Helsinki city with cafes (e.g. Egberg, Fazer, Ursula), restaurants (e.g. Saaga) and Fittness24Seven gym nearby. We happily enjoyed our stay during our Helsinki visit in this beautiful and well-equipped apartment - we felt warmly welcome. Thank you so much Iglis - we can only highly recommend this apartment for a solo traveller, couples or small family.

For a longer stay: 1) two sets of towels would be good while waiting for the other set from the washing machine; 2) a small drying track for small laundry would be also welcome.

I can’t say enough about my fabulous stay here! It was absolutely perfect in every way. It was sparkling clean, new, spacious, modern with every possible amenity. There was a closed in balcony with a view of the sea, a sauna inside the apartment, all TV channels w Netflix. I could walk to restaurants, shopping, and to the centrum. Tram/bus stop only hundreds of feet away. Excellent communication and assistance with my questions. Provided helpful suggestions for restaurants, shopping without me asking. I can’t wait to come back again!!

I honestly cannot think of anything I didn’t enjoy. Simply a first class property and stay.
