Sea, Sauna and City Center

Sauna in the apartment was great!

The managing lady - Mariia - proved to be extremely difficult person.

Very beautiful, spacy apartment with everything you need and more (sauna!!). It is located directly in the center, but it's still quiet. Well equipped kitchen plus two expandable couches!

We had the most pleasant stay here, the apartment was clean and well equipped, and everything is in walking distance. The host was exceptionally friendy and helpful. I gladly recommend it for anyone.

The only nice thing was the location, which was the reason for booking this apartment. Has a park and a market near by, transport is good to go to the city center.

This was the worst experience I ever had. I don't understand the rating score for the apartment, and I would never recommend it. Regarding the extra charges, at first we were informed to leave it in the apartment when we leave. But just because of the late text reply, they suddenly treated us like potential defaulters and told us to pay the money in person to the apartment manager. This was my first visit to Finland and I was traveling with my in laws and my 8 years old daughter. It was definitely not that easy to arrange everything in time with a big family.  We sent out a message for the contact time, but there was a transmission error. And as the texts we sent didn't reach them, they started treat us like thieves, even ordering us to pack up and leave the apartment. When I got the phone call, the whole family were in the city just about to enjoy the tour but had to return to the apartment to pay the bills. The room condition was also not that good. Despite checking in after 7pm, there were dishes in the dishwasher and food in the refrigerator looked like that they have been left by previous guests. There was an empty shower gel bottle in the shower, towels were in the cabinet unorganized, and there were many places where things were not well organized.

A beautiful and spacious flat with sauna and balcony, i.e. everything you need for a great stay in Finland. 15-20 minutes walk to bus and train station, many tram stops nearby. There's a supermarket and Alko right next to the building. The area is considered one of the most coveted in Helsinki.

Mariia was always fast and nice, the apartament is big, modern and nice, and the location is very good, with a big supermarket next door!

The bed is too soft for me, there is no luggage storage (we had to store it in the train station)

Everything... The cleanliness, the facilities, the location, the space and the apartment as whole. This is a great place to stay and I will give it a 5 star on everything,

The location was very good, approx 20 minutes walk from the main train station. The apartment is huge with a wonderful balcony (a lovely sun trap). We were not expecting the sauna - that was a treat!

The bed in the bedroom was a bit soft, so I didn't sleep well. The stairs up to collect the keys might be a hindrance to some people with a fear of heights or mobility issues. Not a problem for us.
