Malminkatu Kamppi - Absolute Center Helsinki Compact Apartment

The apartment is so cosy and had everything we needed. Yes the bathroom is small, but it's perfectly functional and I feel that's very well advertised and explained, so we expected it. Really good variety of utensils and appliances. Teas and coffees provided which was a lovely touch. The apartment building is stunning, we loved the old style lift! Thank you so much

Location was great and bedroom had all you needed

Probably the over communication. I think the main turn off for us was the number of times we were reminded about the rules of the house and how instructions were communicated in such a mandatory way (for example: leave the keys on THIS specific table; put everything back so we know if something was stolen…). Twice received by email, another couple times by whatsapp, and then when u enter the house also in the welcome package and also by notes taped all around the house. While it didn’t impact the stay per se we thought they were exaggerated. Rules are absolute fine, but there is a chance to review the process I think. Bathroom is really just a toilet but this was well communicated and expected.

Awesome location

This is a very cosy one room appartment in almost middle of Helsinki. An old house, but beautifully decorated flat. Many nice detailes (complimentary coffee, some sweets, magazines, appletv, slippers) and welcoming Alexa. Polite host who answered all questions fast and clearly. Very quiet and was easy enough to find.

Shower and WC are the same, which is a bit weird and not very handy, but is well documented in the description so no surprise there. I did not have to use the shower due to short stay, but that might have been an issue. Though this as well, was very innovatively done, so it might have worked just fine. I had some problems in finding the Finnish telly, but got answers quick.

Great location, a well-equipped apartment, a comfortable bed, and good communication with the host.

Great location. Within walking distance to major attractions. Very well fitted for short stay.

Good location, comfortable bed, good facilities, lovely surprises! Yes the bathroom is tiny but this is made clear before we booked. We do a lot of geocaching so finding the key was actually a fun adventure for us 🙂
