SleepWell Apartments Itäkeskus, direct metro to city center and bus to airport

The location is very good, connection to all destination by bus, metro, tram . All shopping and 24 hrs open supermarket. Flat was clean and neat.

Building security is questionable. Sometimes trespasser come inside building when someone open the main building door and wait for lift. This incident happens 2 times, we encountered and asked unknown people's in lift and they don't have any lift code and they don't know any flat number but they said they want to meet their friends. We politely asked them to go out from lift and call your friends to receive you. It's very dangerous. Regarding waste bin collection information shall be in the package instruction.

Siivoojat kävivät lainaamssa jotain avainta siivouskaapista ? En tällaisesta ollut mitään mainintaa etukäteen. Peitteet olivat likaiset !

The apartment had good facilities. The location was fairly acceptable. It was fairly clean and tidy. It was close to the City Market.

When entering the building, unfortunately the door code did not work at all and we waited for someone to leave the apartment before we entered. There was no keypad behind the apartment door to enter the code and open the apartment door and we had to call the owner of the apartment in the middle of the night and he opened the door remotely. The only serious problem with the apartment was the bathroom, which unfortunately seemed to have a sewage system and when taking a shower the entire bathroom and toilet area would fill with water and it would take a long time for the water to drain out.

Lägenheten är fint, stort och rent med jätte bekväma sängar speciellt till barn familj. Det finns nästan alla hem grejer som man behöver i en vistelse. Jag kan rekommendera det här boendet.

Men bara saknade soppåsar och fanns ingen information om sopporna. Det var krångligt när man skulle checka ut vistelsen. Eller åtminstone kunde jag inte hitta dem.

El confort y localización (detrás el parque y poco lejos más una playa)

For tourists, these are excellent apartments. Right in front of the building, there is a huge shopping center with cafés and stores. The metro entrance is nearby. It’s a 5-minute walk to the metro station, and in 20 minutes you’re in the center of Helsinki. The apartment has plenty of kitchenware. The check-in instructions are easy to follow. At first, they may seem a bit inconvenient, but you get used to them and everything works out well. This is a great value for money.

Please note that the windows in the apartment do not open and there is no balcony. During the summer season, this may be uncomfortable. The room has only a floor air conditioner. Cleanliness is acceptable, though not perfectly spotless. Please, add a lid to the large frying pan.
