SleepWell Apartments Itäkeskus, direct metro to city center and bus to airport

Close to metro station. Spacious.

It was not very clean. There were food? spots on the eating table and hair on the towel. The bed sheets and towels seemed to be of a poor quality. Pillows and mattresses with stains.

It wasn't too expensive. The flat had a great view

The flat looked nothing like the photos. It is run down, for example the sink unit was falling apart and had water damage. The check in system was less than ideal, we needed to wait until someone opened the main door to get into the building and then mess around for 20 minutes to get the lift and door to open.

The apartment is conveniently located close to the subway station and shopping centers, making daily life and commuting very convenient.

However, prior to check-in, I did not receive any check-in instructions. This resulted in me enduring the freezing cold and bitter wind outside the apartment door at 7 AM after landing at the airport, unable to access the apartment. Additionally, the kitchen range hood was broken. Although a maintenance worker came to inspect it once, it remained unrepaired for over a month, and subsequent emails regarding the issue went unanswered.

Great apartment near the metro station of Itakeskus which has a mall with supermarket and restaurants. There is also a direct bus to the airport from this station. The apartment was spaceful with comfortable beds, complete kitchen, table and chairs for everybody, washing machine, couch and tv.

The only thing I didn't like is that they ask you to either clean the apartment yourself you pay an extra 39€ of cleaning fee during the check-in. You should obviously have the good sense not to leave dirty dishes and a mess behind you, but cleaning everything was a bit much... It's important to note that getting in for the first time required a phone with internet access.
