Lovely little apartment right in the centre, containing everything you'd need. Cosy and warm, and perfect for our stay

The bed can be a little challenging to get up to, but once you're up it's fine!

Location

I was using public transport, so this flat is ideally situated between the rail and bus stations. It is also central for the city, a few minutes' walk from all that matters. The facilities are excellent, to the best modern standard. If you want to eat out, there are plenty of eateries of all kinds, open long hours, close by. Hereford has steadily improved over the last decade, and is now well worth a visit.

The entrance stairs are steep, and that Captain's bed would be challenging to the less able. These didn't worry me, but for the less nimble, not really suitable. A suggestion: replace the minimalist scaffolding ladder with a wooden, pull-out step-ladder hinged at the top -safer and easier in bare feet or shoes.

The location is superb close to the train station and the city centre

The ladder to the bed is not easy to climb up and down. I don't think it is safe to use pipes instead of a proper ladder. Internet connection is not that great either

delicious breakfast, despite constant traffic it was quiet in my room :)
