the view was excellent. Enough space. We liked the heaters in the room and the little heater. Not everywhere you get this luxury in this cold weather. The owner was very helpful to advice us on some place to go to eat dinner in the evening. And Hermanus is very close for breakfast.

perhaps the closeness to a township where you need to pass when you want to reach the compound. Once in the compound it's fine.
