"HBC is still nice and well upkept but understand lots of guests are concerned about safety now."

Drain was clogged with lots of hair, had to pump and pull it out. Nasty! And blinds were not working, and some burglar bars missing. All cutlery and crockery are different, none matched.

Beautiful and clean and spacious.

The beds are very uncomfortable. Mattresses are to thin and springy. . Bedding inside the cupboard are smelling very moldy. And should be washed prior to guests arriving.
