Supply towels

The cleanliness, sea view , everything in the unit was great and in a working condition. I also like the communication between us and also the updates of loadshedding . The environment was safe and peaceful.

Since this was my first visit , i cant say what i didnt like because everything was perfect for me and my family.

The fact that it was on the ground floor and that it had wifi and full DSTV coverage.

The small fridge. It accommodates 6 people, so how can owners expect the fridge to be sufficient. Some of the bedding was not clean, dusty smell. Heavy moldy smell in unit, even bathroom windows. I know it at the coast, but regular maintenance is key. Broken furniture. Doors and windows need to be serviced. Linen with marks, blinds can't open . So displeased!

Unit was not maintained in years. Walls pealing due to water damage.Mould everywhere. Spiderwebs everywhere Old stained bedding. Patio door doesn't lock. Towels was stained, very little kitchen utensils The booking agent just said she can't assist with a beter unit and left it like that. Did even offer some sort of refund We booked out two days before I will strongly recommend never to stay here

There is an informal settlement as you enter felt unsafe. The place was poorly maintained, not all equipment, eg, opener laundry facility was not available there bedding was dirty, the place not very clean a very small bottle dishwasher, no cleaning products for the bathroom the dstv was off when we arrived only came on the next day dirty bedding
