Hed its own mobile braai outside on the grass

Mold in the main bedroom stench overpowering and in lounge. Floor tiles not clean Bathroom needs proper clean. blinds do not work.

The place was clean. And we had everything we wanted for our stay.

The place has a pool for kids and there are games and the place is secure

It was cozy

It leaked in by the windows so it was wet on the floor most of the time. I think for raining days the braai area could be covered and the braai thing legs wre broken aswell. The person suggested to braai at the clubhouse bt it was to far from where we wre suited.

The place is perfect for a relaxing weekend especially with the sea view.

Most of the apartment was moldy as it gave off a smell and the livingroom furniture was to big for the tiny space.

The place in a whole like swimming pools and the play parks very neat. The shop owner is very friendly as well as the securities.

The unit smelled like mold. The bedrooms wall as well as the bathroom had mold. The unit is not maintained very well. Paint coming from the wall. Furniture is very old.

We enjoyed the location near the beach and town. The kids made use of the pool. We had a generally pleasant stay.

Unit was poorly maintained, mould in the toilet between the tiles. My husband had to clean the bath waste trap as the water didn't run out of the bath while taking a shower, Bathroom Floor set needs a wash. Broken chairs , chipped and cracked crockery. No key or door bolt for the toilet. Bedroom door latch and lock was broken. The unit require a fresh paint. It doesn't look like management have visited the unit for quite a while and thus the cleaning staff don't do their work properly. Though we don't have an issue with the informal settlement as you approach the entrance of the venue, ppl should be made aware of it.
