"Easy to Hounslow Central"

Location is awesome, very spacious, close to 2 bus stations ( the Avenue and Waye Avenue ) Very friendly and courteous.

Owner is responsive, location is good, grocery stores few restaurants and bus stop just few steps away from apartment.

I stayed at this property with my family for 8 nights. Unfortunately, our experience was below expectations due to several issues: Only 1.5 toilet tissue rolls were provided for the entire stay and refused to supply further. The curtains and ironing stand were found broken. You can't sleep during day time due to sun light. No washroom slippers or extra dustbin bags were available. The mattress was in poor condition, the springs were uncomfortable and caused back pain. The sofa bed was too small and uncomfortable for sleeping. The pillows were extremely thin and lacked proper support. Although I requested all the missing items, the lady sent by the owner only provided 3 trash bags, a fan, and a replacement ironing board. I had to purchase the remaining essentials myself. Overall, the property did not meet basic hospitality standards. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future guests.

"Never again!!!"

Location

There was a 200£ deposit taking , which I wasnt aware of. The flat was dirty ( hair in the bathroom, shower and tap where not cleaned , cigarettes all over the floors, bedsheets missing , blinds broken , marks an all walls and so on ) the flat is above the shop the smell went into the flat unable to keep A Window open . Fans not working)

This apartment is very spacious, the kitchen plus living room was large too, which I liked very much as I felt it was very open and free. The bedroom and even bathroom also is good sized. 🥰

Nothing, I would give a minus for rating

DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!! They are horrendous and very rude. We went into the property and there were no heating and hot water. My friend contacted the owner, but he wasn’t responsive. He blamed it on us and said we should have resolved it. Plus they gave the wrong key and when I called, they wouldn’t pick up my call, but they were messaging me. I had a child waiting in the car due to there lack of organisation. Also, it states we had allocated parking, but when we parked at our allocated space, the residence complained. Lastly, I left keys in the property and they said they didn’t find it, which is a lie as I put it on the to stand. They charged my £50 for losing keys, when I didn’t even lose it, honestly poor customer service and they just want your money.
