This place is not the same as it was 10 years ago. It needs renovation, walls and furniture very “tiered” swimming pool is not heated! And most importantly, for this value of money, you can’t even bring guests, which is very strange, because is not resort! And when people booking apartments, they expecting freedom! You feel like a prisoner, with security checking every step you take at this compound! There’s construction going on everywhere, so you can’t relax near the pool because of the noise and the hungry eyes of construction workers who stare at you all the time. To top it all off, there was no water for entire day, and another day there was no electricity. For this money? Sorry, guys. In Egypt these days, you can rent much cheaper and better places!

The place was good as overall, same as the pictures. .The location is good .The pool is good but a bit small .Facilities are good "kitchen and bathroom stuff". .Clean.

.Toilet was leaking water so it was a bit challenging to keep the bathroom dry and it was smelly. .There was no handsoup .Bathroom was not that clean. .Alcohol was not allowed on the pool.

Maryam showed extraordinary professionalism in taking care of the room is very clean and comfortable
