The apartment is superdirty, ants crawling everywhere. In the bathroom, livingroom, even within the dining table, bed. We got ant bites all over our body. Told to the owner, he sprayed them and left.and of course that was no solution.The bedlinen are very used, full with stains, the bed is ubcomfortable, the bathroom is smelly and very dirty, the kitchen is disgusting. They wanna charge you 300 EGP for 24 hrs/day for wifi, when on booking 2 USD is written. We paid the 2 USD but it was working for only a few hrs and despite telling the owner about it, he didn't care to fix it. Myriam, who suppose to be the contact, only writes "noted' but nothing ever happens...

Many thanks to Mr Abanoub, the manager, and Miss Mariam, who was so polite and helpful. The location, the facilities in the apartment, and the comfy beds, are all excellent. The cutlery, dishes and pans, tea cups were all of good quality. Other appliances, such as the microwave, washing machine, fridge, stove, and kitchenette, were all high quality.

The sofa bed sleeps only one person, instead of two. Also, the reception in the lobby, could have been better, just like in any hotel. The rugs in the apartment needed washing. The stove also needed some cleaning. Otherwise, everything was great.

Perfect host Miryam very helpful and professional and Mr Abanob the host meet in reception with keys even though it was a late arrival time and took us to the apartment. Accommodation was clean and beautiful we will definitely stay again.

No professional behaviour at all from Mariam , I changed 3 Apartment just to make check out !!She call me and wake me up at 3 am , And She unrespect My booking with Booking.com Comparing With AirBnB We ask the host for early check in and pay extra fees she said sorry only at 15:00. We arrived we made check in everything in Apartment was fine . Then to check out i ask for late check out she say sorry there’s no late check out available for this Apartment but i can send you to another Apartment . We Pay extra 30$ For another Apartment with the check out at 12:00 am. At 3:00 AM I recived a call , telling me sorry you have to check out at 8:00 am because we have check in into this Apartment at 10:00. I said when i make check in i made at 3:00Pm why i have to check out for at this time ?? the guest can wait i as i waited my time for check in !! she tell sorry it’s not possible because this guest booked from AirBnB and he’s important ! She woke me up by force at 8:00 Am and she send me to another apartment not clean, so dirty, no Heater, No AC !

9days, 370Euro. Much too expensive. It looked good in the photos. The apartment was very dirty, the stove was greasy and dirty, the shower dirty, the walls in the bathroom stained with paint. Water was pouring from the cupboard under the fridge. Kitchen faucet broken. Balcony table broken. Cheap mattress. Don't fall asleep on the bed, as hard as the floor. I took painkillers every day. I have never encountered such a bad mattress! Check out with a 3 hour delay of 300EP It's a pity that I can only add 4 photos!
