Elgouna Heart Mangroovy new 2bedrooms

It was a fabulous location overlooking the massive swimming pool.

We really enjoyed staying at this apartment, the only criticism we have is the beds would be better with a mattress topper. And some towels for the pool would be a great idea.

Amazing chalet and its fully equipped 👌🏽 great stay for families, couples and children, you can walk to the beach and its for free, not like other chalets where you don't have access to the beach. Highly recommended 🤩

Where to start? The accommodation is in a part where they are still remodeling and building the complex, it is noisy even on Sundays. None of this is mentioned by the accommodation provider, so you don't know that you won't relax on your holiday. Second: the accommodation was absolutely filthy, unclean, musty, smelly, the equipment was old, which wouldn't have been such a big deal if it was clean. You just don't want to spend a week there, you don't feel comfortable there. We tried to communicate everything with the owner in a good way, but he misled us by saying that he didn't want to make a problem and understood the situation, but it didn't happen. He made excuses for booking, saying he was waiting to see when they would approve his refund request. We weren't even there one night! and they only gave us 50% back! Absolute unwillingness, we also had to call the booking office several times and with no response until the 5th day they solved part of our problem. Very bad experience as we had to find a second and clean apartment. Avoid this apartment round the bend if you don't want to spend your whole holiday thinking about not getting your money back for not wanting to live in filth.

Excellent place… very clean… all facilities & amenities available… overlooking a very large swimming pool… the private beach is a few minutes walking … very nice experience and a very helpful host.
