Wonderful apartment in a perfect location, great and extremely helpful owner. The apartment has everything you might need even during a longer stay. There are two small supermarkets nearby.

The owner of the apartment is very friendly and was great with communication. He made sure all the security checks were completed for each person before we arrived as you need QR codes to enter what is in itself essentially a private town in El Gouna. The pools looked clean, sunbeds were always available and the private beach was only a one minute walk away. The apartment was very spacious and there were towels and extra bedding stored in the cupboards. Also had all the utensils required if you wished to use the kitchen facilities.

The cupboard under the sink wasn't cleaned before we arrived and the bin wasn't emptied. The lock on one of the bathroom doors wasn't working properly and the washing machine door wouldn't open.

The host Ayman was extremely helpful, we were arriving a bit late at night and he picked us up and then dropped us off as well, was easy to reach out throughout the trip if and when we had questions. The flat was really comfortable and clean and mangroovy residence is really a great location with amazing facilities to stay in Gouna

The Mangroovy apartment complex is really nice and the pool is amazing. The host Ayman was always reachable via WhatsApp and even delivered fresh additional towels and blankets. Check/in and check-out worked without complications.
