Nice spacious apartment with balcony and pool view, few minutes by car to the city center. The owner is very pleasant and helps you to enjoy your stay without any problems.

Only the seeking water from showers was a bit uncomfortable...

The appartment is clean and has basic cooking facilities Swan lake complex is one of the best in Gouna; The lake is very clean and huge in size with variety of depths Wifi

Only cash/bank transfer accepted, no credit card. Cable TV wasnt working. Door smart lock isnt very smart :), requires multiple trials to unlock. Appaetment located at 2nd floor, that should be mentioned clearly in the description, for families with infants or special needs, comfortable stairs though .
