EL Gouna Swan Lake Apartment

Everything about the apartment was super great, from communication with the host from the very first start to the check out, to the apartment itself and it's cleanness. I'm a hygiene freak and very picky and to be honest I couldn't be more happy about the hygiene in the apartment, the beds are very comfy and the furniture is new. The ambience of the apartment, decoration wise is very neat and comfy to the eyes.

The place has an amazing view, really convenient for a group of friends or family, the rooms are spacious, Mr Bassem is very cooperative and replies quickly, the chaleh was very clean and ready and the kitchen has all the utensils needed. Totally recommend it.

Everything was amazing very clean

The shower was very bad ,every time while taking shower the water was fallen outside the shower

Very clean and neat , the owner was so helpfull and we enjoyed the stay

The property is perfect, cleanliness as it should be in addition to space and very comfy beds.

Great location in front of lagoon and super clean place, I loved the self check in and loved staying here

The showers need a partition, the water goes all the way out of the bathroom and room

The only thing we really liked was the crystal lagoon.

1. Floors and closets were extremely dusty, rest of apartment was in general dusty. 2. One of the bathrooms had body hair all over the floor and sink, had dirty walls and another had rust stains on the floor. 3. Apartment had a stuffy / dingy smell. 4. Kettle was broken. 5. All bedroom AC’s weren’t working properly, warm air was coming out,wasn’t fixed till the next day after nagging the host. 6. Tiny ants all over the kitchen, and found them in the living room and bathrooms too.
