Great place, and we were all quite comfortable during our stay. Konstantinos is a great host. He made sure we had some basic food items upon arrival in the fridge, which was extremely helpful for us and the kids on the first night. Clear information sharing ahead of arrival and availability to help in anything we needed. We'll definitely consider this property next time we're in Ioannina.

A very comfortable and well equipped apartment. The very friendly owner met us and showed us in. She had left a very generous amount of supplies which meant we didn't need to out that night to do any shopping. She'd also put the heating on so it was lovely and warm. A really lovely homely place which made our trip to Ioannina even more enjoyable.

The apartment is new and comfortable. The host is super responsive and helps with everything you need immediately. He also replied on recomendations we needed . The apartment located in a quiet neighborhood but near by a main road with supermarket, gas station, bakeries, restaurants etc. 8 minutes by car from city center Ioannina. 1.25 hour from Zagori vilages , 1 hour from nice locations in Tzoumerka and 1.25 hour from Parga. Very good location for whom has a car. The apartment is equipped with washing machine so it was realy convenient for us as a family who travels for almost 3 weeks. The host stocked the apartment with light food for breakfast and detergents for the washing machine. I would definitely come back if in beighbourhood 🙂
