V Luxury Apartment 1

It's a large relatively new, well equipped two bedroom apartment with two external balconies, both of which have tables and chairs. It's in a residential area so you need to drive to find restaurants/shops. There's free parking on the ground floor under the building and a lift to the apartment. Stayed for three nights in September 2023 and really enjoyed the stay. Easy access, met the very friendly owner who let us in and explained how everthing worked.

The sofa is also a sofa-bed and not the most comfortable thing to sit on but we were out most of the day and sat on the balcony in the evening. The building and surrounding area are very quiet except when some of the local pet dogs kick off for a few minutes.

The aparttment is nice and clean with all facilities. In addition, in the refrigerator milk, eggs, coffee, yogurts, coffe tea and more waited for us. Pleasant hospitality. The apartment is closed 5 minutes by car to the center of Ioannina near the lake.

The sofa is not comfortable, need to be replaced.

It is really a luxury apartment, clean and sizeable. The fridge was loaded with needed items. parking was under the building.

It was by a forest. Very nature based, fresh air and quiet. We heard very nice bird songs 😃. The place was modern and clean, and everything smelled great.

The apartments are great - you have everything you need for a comfortable stay, it has washing machine, 2 balconies and well equipped kitchen. The host was very helpful. In terms of the location - it's great, 5 minutes walking distance from a big supermarket, 5-10 minutes from many restaurants (all of them have take-away options). Gas station is also very close (near the supermarket).

I liked everything!

The apartment was quite large with 2 bedrooms and a substantial common area It was clean and had two balconies. It was in a quiet area that was easy to find but not that far from the main road into Ioannina. The location requires a vehicle or some other transport to get into the center (5-10 minute drive) which we had. Overall we were very satisfied with the rental and the host was friendly and attentive. We used it as a base for exploring Ioannina and the northern Epirus region.
