Το σπίτι ήταν υπέροχο μεγαλο καθαρό ζεστό με πολύ ωραία διακόσμηση.Μπορει να βρίσκεται σε κεντρικό σημείο στο εσωτερικό του σπιτιού δεν ακουγόταν τίποτε απολυτως.Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα και πολύ ευχαρίστως να ξαναπάω .

Very good facilities clean home and in the center of Kalabaka

Great location just off the town main street but quiet (especially in the room downstairs). Nicely renovated - modern, with a large bathroom and shower downstairs. Everything worked great - heater/hot water/WiFi/TV for streaming. Town is very safe. We didn’t cook but the kitchen seems fully equipped. We especially appreciated the plentiful hot water and heated towel rack because it was cold when we were there and we hiked every morning for sunrise at Meteora - so coming back to a warm place with hot water and warm towels was sooooooo good! Lots of food options up and down the main street too - many places open til late so we’re never hungry. Recommended!

Not a big thing for us but good to know (especially for other americans) - the washer is not a washer-dryer combo so you’d have to dry your clothes outside on a drying rack. We sent our laundry to a laundromat near the roundabout - took them just under an hour and less than $10. Super easy.

Good amount of space and great location. Comfortable beds. Easy to find and appreciated the parking spot. Responsive host.

Not super clean (hair in the shower drain, bathroom fan was dirty and dusty). Coffee maker didn't work—seemed that it hadn't been maintained in a while.

Καθαριότητα. Βρήκαμε τρίχες στο μπάνιο αλλά και στο πάτωμα.

Almost everything was good.

The bathroom of the bottom flour was locked and we could not use it... As a matter of fact, even though we were 2 couples, the one staying downstairs had to always come upstairs to go to the bathroom. This is very uncomfortable. I tried to ask the host once I realised the bathroom was not accessible, but received no answer.

Die Wohnung ist ziemlich dunkel. Die Nachbarn aus der oberen Etage waren sehr laut. Wahrscheinlich haben sie gegen Mitternacht die Wohnung renoviert...

Sehr gelungene Innenausstattung. Sehr schöne Badezimmer

Die Problematik der Wohnung liegt darin, dass sie wohl in ein ehemaliges Ladenlokal eingebaut wurde. Die Hälfte der Wohnung liegt im Untergeschoss und hat überhaupt kein Fenster. Die andere Hälfte liegt im EG und hat nur zur Hauptstraße von Kalambakka (sehr laut) ein kleines Fenster, das zum Erhellen der Wohnung nicht genügt, außerdem kann einem jeder Passant in die Wohnung schauen, wenn man Tageslicht in der Wohnung haben möchte. Das obere Schlafzimmer ist nur durch einen Sichtschutz vom Wohnzimmer und von der Küche getrennt, der Treppenabgang zum Untergeschoss ist direkt neben dem oberen Bett, also keinerlei Privatsphäre für die oben Schlafenden. Die Geräuschdämmung zum benachbarten Wohnhaus ist miserabel. Aufgrund fehlender Fenster konnte man kaum lüften und die Wohnung war sehr feucht, sogar das Toilettenpapier in den WCs hat sich feucht angefühlt. Die auf Booking verfügbaren Informationen (Fotos und Beschreibung) zeigen diese Einschränkungen nicht! Fazit: Die Räumlichkeiten sind aufgrund ihrer Konstruktion für Wohnzwecke ungeeignet. Man hat versucht, dies durch ein wirklich schickes Einrichtungskonzept zu lösen, das hat aber leider nicht funktioniert. Den versprochenen Privatparkplatz haben wir nicht gefunden. In der Küchenausstattung fehlen brauchbare Küchenmesser und ein Brotmesser mit Wellenschliff. Für den Waschtrockner war weder eine Gebrauchsanweisung noch Waschmittel vorhanden.
