Perched on a hillside above Kalamata, this place asks a little of you on the way up, the roads are steep and winding, but the moment you step onto the balcony, all is forgiven. The view stretches across the full sweep of the beach and city below, and it never really gets old, whether you're watching the morning light settle in or the city glow at dusk. The apartment itself is clean, thoughtfully designed, and very well equipped. The kitchen has everything you need, and the host has stocked the fridge with the essentials; eggs, cheese, butter, pastries. So your first morning starts without any fuss or a drive back down the hill. That small touch makes a real difference. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and have already started thinking about our next Kalamata trip. This will be our first stop.

Από τα καλύτερα καταλύματα στην Καλαμάτα! Η θέα μοναδική στον Μεσσηνιακό κόλπο, η καθαριότητα καθημερινή και άψογη. Η εξυπηρέτηση πραγματικά υποδειγματική. Παρόλο που δεν αναφέρεται πρωινό, κάθε μέρα μας άφηναν φρέσκο ψωμί, γλυκά, μαρμελάδες μέλι, καφέ, και αρκετά πράγματα στο ψυγείο. Οι φωτογραφίες δεν μπορούν να αποτυπώσουν την υπέροχη θέα . Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα!

La posizione eccellente sulle alture affacciate sul golfo di Kalamata. La vista stupenda è romantica sul golfo incantevole. La struttura moderna e tradizionale dell’appartamento e della intera casa che vi ospitava. Il cibo fornito quotidianamente dalla proprietaria Nadia e dalla sua gentile mamma. La tranquillità del posto che si raggiunge attraverso una strada immersa negli ulivi onnipresenti nella Messenia e in particolare intorno a Kalamata. Noi siamo rimasti sette giorni e siamo ripartiti con un vero dispiacere. Kalamata è il duo golfo sono molto molto piacevoli. Grazie davvero per il bel soggiorno. Una vacanza gioiosa.

Όλα στο κατάλυμμα ήταν εξαιρετικά. Η τοποθεσία και η θέα υπέροχη! Το εσωτερικό άψογο, καθαρό και πολύ όμορφη, προσεγμένη διακόσμηση. Αν και αναφέρεται ότι δεν έχει πρωινό, υπήρχε ένα καλάθι με είδη για πρωινό, φρέσκο ψωμί, κουλουράκια, κέικ, κρουασανάκια, τοπικά προϊόντα (ελιές, λάδι και αποξηραμένα σύκα) και το ψυγείο ήταν επίσης γεμάτο με οτιδήποτε χρειαζόμασταν για πρωινό και σνακ (τυρί και ζαμπόν για τοστ, γάλα χυμο, αυγα). Οι οικοδεσπότες ήταν επίσης άψογοι, πολύ φιλοξενοι και ευγενικοί!

Δεν υπάρχει κάτι πραγματικά αρνητικό να πούμε. Το μόνο που ίσως σας δυσκολέψει είναι η ανάβαση καθώς το κατάλυμμα βρίσκεται σε λόφο (για αυτό και η εξαιρετική θέα). Προτείνεται να ρωτήσετε τους οικοδεσπότες για τον καλύτερο δρόμο . Εμάς μας πρότειναν εναλλακτική διαδρομή που εξυπηρετούσε πολύ περισσότερο από αυτή που έβγαλε το Google.

Η τοποθεσία ήταν εξαιρετική με υπέροχη θέα στον Μεσσηνιακό κόλπο. Το διαμέρισμα πεντακάθαρο, άνετο και με όλες τις παροχές. Το πρωινό εξαιρετικό με φρέσκα προϊόντα και πλούσιο. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα και θα πήγαινα πάλι ευχάριστα.

The accommodation is spotless and offers everything you need to prepare a quick meal with complimentary bread, olive oil, fruit, eggs and other breakfast items. Nadia went out of her way to accommodate us, including a last minute change in plans. It’s rare to find great service. When you do, it’s worth sharing the word.

Wir haben zwei wunderbare Tage im Bay View Apartment verbracht und vergeben gerne 10 Punkte! Es beginnt mit sehr effizienter Kommunikation vor der Anreise und einer persönlichen Begrüssung durch die Inhaberin. Der Kühlschrank ist fürs Frühstück gefüllt, es gibt frisches Brot, süsse Sünden vom Bäcker und jede erdenkliche Art von Kaffee. Alles ist luxuriös, sauber und von guter Qualität – das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt sehr gut. Parken ist direkt beim Haus möglich. Und dann ist da natürlich noch der Blick auf die Bucht – einfach herrlich! Wir empfehlen das Apartment wärmstens. Sollten wir den Peloponnes wieder bereisen, wird es unsere erste Wahl sein.
