Beautiful location and outlook with all the facilities you need for an overnight stay. Tracey, the host, was welcoming and great with communication. Close for visiting Hobbiton and some great rock climbing in the area.

It was so comfortable. The beds are great. The property is so quiet and peaceful and the owner was nice and understanding of how tired we were. Also extremely accommodating when I needed to change my check in time. Their response to my request was very quick.

I am absolutely in love with the view I had when I woke up in the morning. Host is super sweet and helpful, and property is well maintained and decorated with love. Must stay.

Tracey was the ultimate host and the property was stunning. We had a great time and the hosts made our stay so easy with a great facility, complimentary snacks and breakfast and they even provided transport to the wedding we were attending.I would highly recommend this property and the friendly approachable hosts.
