Breakfast supplies were generous including a large bottle of milk -selection of cereals yoghurt and fruit- more than I expected!

Spacious for 4 and the grounds were beautiful!

The house is perched on a hilltop, offering a sweeping view of the surrounding valleys and rivers. The beautiful, rolling mountains are unforgettable, especially under the glow of the setting sun or in the morning mist. Both bedrooms are very comfortable, with bedding that makes you feel right at home. The small kitchen isn't big, but it's well-stocked with delicious essentials: yogurt, coffee, jam, cereal, bread, butter, milk, tea, coffee, and more. The living room is filled with board games, sure to entertain everyone from babies to adults. The host is very friendly—when we accidentally left some clothes behind, she kindly got in touch to send them back to us. We all especially loved the adorable Ragdoll cat, Reggie, whose sweet presence gave us many unforgettable moments. Highly recommended.

A wonderful experience in an outstanding location. Great support given by Tracey - all questions answered quickly & with expert knowledge. The facilities are exactly as described & presented. Really appreciated the level of privacy offered with separated entrance & accommodation. Impressive range of breakfast supplies & treats provided. Easy location for a Hobbiton adventure.

Recommend that one’s arrival is during the daylight to allow easy driving up to elevated property.
