Nicola's Apartments

We had a wonderful stay at Nicoles apartments. Nicole and David (the owners) are such lovely, friendly and welcoming people. They are so helpful and kind.

Can't fault anything. Property and facilities were perfect.

It’s the perfect place for a nice relaxing days! Nicola and David are super kind and helpful, the house and the apartment are beautiful and well equipped, everything we could have asked for and more!

Das Apartment und der Pool waren sehr sauber, das Bett super bequem. Es gab einen Kühlschrank mit günstigen Getränken und Eis. Die Stimmung war familiär, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft ohne Einschränkungen weiter empfehlen.

Nice quiet location. Off the main street, but close to bars, shops and restaurants. The room was spacious and comfortable and had many practical items that are needed when on holiday. David and Nicola were lovely and generous hosts. Can highly recommend.

Pool

Our family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers had a wonderful 12 night stay at this beautifully maintained property. The 2 bedroom apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed to cook basic meals to alternate with the many great restaurants within walking distance. The location is very convenient, just a few minutes from the centre of town, harbour and beaches. We hired a car and enjoyed drives to Kalamaki and Ipsos beaches which had inflatable slides our kids really loved. The Kassiopi beaches are beautiful and great for snorkelling so having a car is not a necessity. Parking was on the main road a short walk from the property - no bother but something to be aware of. Nicola and David were very hospitable and went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay in Kassiopi. We had an amazing family holiday at Nicola’s Apartments - it’s definitely on our list of places to revisit!

Nicola and David was so welcoming when we arrived and gave us really helpful information for our stay. The apartment was great and so many lovely little touches they had done. The location was really good as well, just away from the main road but still close to everything. Our flight wasn’t until the evening but they let us leave our luggage and still use the pool throughout the day. Would highly recommend to stay here!!

Everything was perfect the apartments were well equipped spotlessly clean same with the pool and seating areas. Kasioppi is beautiful and staying here just elevated our stay. Nicola and David are the perfect hosts.
