Nicola's Apartments

Nicola and Dave saved our holiday, we had booked somewhere else but it wasn’t for us. We found Nicola’s apartments with one room left, the suite and it was fantastic. Amazing location, the room was lovely, everything we needed. The pool is brilliant and just shared between the 3 apartments. Very close to some excellent restaurants and easy to walk to the harbour. Hosts were excellent, very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely stay here again

Nicola and David had thought about all the small details. Great air con in the rooms, mosquito nets at all doors and windows, shutters outside the rooms to keep the light out, iron and ironing board provided, even a hairdryer in both rooms.

It was perfect, no complaints at all.

Apartment was clean, spacious and had a great balcony. Close to the town and bus stop. Beaches were a 10min walk away.

We rented the Daisy studio apartment on the ground floor. The apartment was small, but had everything we needed and more for 2 adults & 2 kids. There was a private table outside and several other areas around the house for enjoying meals, playing games or relaxing. The studio was perfect with direct access to the pool. The apartment was totally renovated and top quality standard. Everything was nice and clean both inside and outside. Nicola and David are the most wonderful hosts we have ever met, they are so welcoming, helpful and do everything for their guests to feel comfortable. We also really liked that they had a recycling system for a more sustainable visit.

Very comfortable, spacious, well kitted out apartment. Location is excellent, very close to the main road, but set back enough so it was quiet. Pool is very nice. Finally, the hosts are lovely and made sure we had everything we needed - thank you both!

The Property has been renovated to a unbelievable standard, We chose ‘Daisy apartment’ which is in a great location as you can walk out of your room and within a few steps you are at the pool side. The hosts Nicola and David could not do enough for us. you can follow the Sun all day as there is a great relaxation space at the rear of the property. We are both definitely going to return to this great place to stay, stay longer next time. Thanks to Nicola and David

absolutely nothing

We really loved our stay at Nicolas apartments. The property and land are beautiful. The owners - Nicola and David are lovely, helpful and really went above and beyond when we missed our last bus back whilst on a day out by coming to collect us. We stayed in Jasmine apartment, it was impeccable. It was light, comfortable, immaculately clean with air-conditioning and had everything you could possibly need including a smart Tv with YouTube, Netflix etc, a hairdryer, an iron, ironing board, mosquito netting fitted to all the doors and windows along with a plug in mosquito diffuser. David and Nicola take great pride in their business and have designed it to such a high standard. It is the best apartment that we've stayed in particularly in Greece. The apartment is in a great location in Kassiopi with shops and taverna's less than a minutes walk away.

There is nothing to dislike.

We have just returned home after staying at nicola's apartments. What a fantastic little place. Nicola & David are so welcoming and helpful. Highly recommended.
