The location is fantastic, just a 5 minute walk into the centre if the village. We were placed in the Barbarati apartments in the garden at the back. The entrance to this building was lovely and our apartment was clean and spacious - we were given an apartment meant for 4. Friends had an apartment in the Ariti main building, which was more dated and small but clean but had a balcony overlooking the pool. We received clean towels most days and the apartments are well equipped. Our apartment block had a road outside, but inside the apartment we couldn't hear it and it generally wasn't too busy. The pool area was small but lovely and we always found a sunbed.

Our apartment had a balcony that had a small table and a couple of chairs but as we were on the side of the building, we had an olive tree that blocked the sun. The other apartments didn't have this issue. We could though see a little of the sea through the buildings opposite though, which was lovely. The beds in both apartments were very hard, which suited me but my friend struggled to sleep. We also had trouble with a leaking toilet and although we reported it, this wasn't fixed so my partner managed to fix it. I think this was down to it being the very end of the season.

Excellent location.

Stayed for 12 days and only had towels and bedding changed. No cleaning done during our stay.

Excellent location, 5/6 minute walk to harbour.. spacious as 4 of us, fantastic value, nice pool, take your own drinks around the pool.. also let us have late check out as we had a late flight

The kitchen area could of been bigger but that really didn’t bother us and would be nice to have air con in the bedrooms

A/C sadly not working, unresolved but we were moved to appts within Kassiopi with working A/C

The accommodation was in a good location. the rooms were good, clean.

We did not meet any staff. so we couldn't even tell that upon arrival, the previous guest's trash was lying under the sink cabinet. the toilet flush button started to fail. I had to press it three times for the toilet to flush. On the last day, he didn't flush it, so we solved it with the garbage bucket. the kitchen cupboard was rotten and dirty. furniture at least 15-20 years old. little things: there was no soap. we had to buy it, but since we arrived at the accommodation late, we couldn't buy it that day, only the next morning. it would be worthwhile to place a drip tray next to the sink for the dishes. I would rate the accommodation at 6.5-7 points.
