The location was perfect! It was in between Duval Loop bus stops and we used the bus to go everywhere that we didn't walk to. We used the outside space (deck) a lot, the apartment was beautiful, comfortable and updated. When we checked out we didn't have to do a thing, although we did start the dishwasher.

There were a couple of loose towel bars, the hot water was turned off in the half bath, there weren't any kitchen towels, the bottom drawers in both bedrooms could use some repair and we had some trouble getting the TV to work. I will say that I have already mentioned these things to Brightwild and they said they would take care of them.

Location was perfect. What breakfast?

Stairs were concerning. Nail pops, uneven, untreated wood

Location was great. It was clean and tidy.

There was only coffee for breakfast. We had only cool water in the one shower.

very convenient location in the heart Duval street very clean and spacious. nice deck off the living area the team were excellent and very responsive

parking was relatively close, but was expensive 60$ per day

no onsite parking, but carpark was within 5 minutes walk $$$ pricey!

Property very clean and the location great.

Could use new cushions on balcony and maybe come coffee pods
